VIC: Two men killed in car accident

Police say two men were killed in Kensington, west Melbourne, last night when their car
skidded out of control after going through a puddle and hitting a tree.

Police say the men, both 18, were driving along Dynon Road, near the intersection of Lloyd
Street, when the accident occurred about 11.45pm (AEST).

A police spokesman says it's believed their car hit a large puddle, causing it to skid
before it lost control and hit a tree.

The deaths take the Victorian road toll to 238, 14 more than at the same time last year.
