FED: Australian rescuers join Noumea sea search
Australian rescue authorities are helping coordinate a search near Noumea for a life raft
carrying three people whose yacht sank in heavy seas associated with Cyclone FRANK.
The national search and rescue organisation AusSAR has organised two merchant ships in the
area, about 250 nautical miles south south-west of Noumea, to look for the liferaft.
